Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Policy To respect everyone’s time and ensure the best experience for all clients, the following policies are in place: • No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations: Clients who do not show up for their appointment or cancel on the same day will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, a $15 late fee will be applied. It is at the esthetician’s discretion whether there is enough time to complete your service or if the appointment needs to be rescheduled. Thank you for understanding and respecting these policies.
